A 28-year old suspect is set to appear in the Cape Town Magistrates court this morning after he was found in possession of stolen property believed to be that of kidnapping victim, Shireen Essop. Essop, 34, was kidnapped a month ago on Weltevreden Road near Browns Farm, Philippi. However, she has since been returned to her family. Detectives say this could be the first of many arrests to come related to the incident.
