Recent reports and videos have circulated widely online, showing violence by Israeli settlers in the West Bank, including the intimidation of Palestinians, the destruction of crops, and damage to property.
Speaking to VOC News, journalist Osama Nazzal, who is based in the West Bank, said the settlers are backed by the Israeli occupation forces, who are armed and have killed six Palestinian citizens from different villages in the north of the occupied West Bank.
“The idea is to expel Palestinian residents from the villages and establish Israeli outposts, which will become large settlements for Jewish settlers,” explained Nazzal.
