Israeli and U.S. forces persist in their attack on Iran, which includes a strike on the Iranian state media, while the death toll increases to 787 individuals, according to the Iranian Red Crescent Society.

Similarly, the Israeli occupation is escalating aerial assaults on Lebanon and has initiated a fresh ground invasion in the southern region of the country.

Speaking to VOC News, attorney Yousha Tayoub said the Geneva Conventions and the United Nations (UN) lack the power to enforce legally.

“The Geneva Conventions and UN are pieces of legislation that govern what should happen when countries have disputes with each other, but none of them cater for the possibility of war,” remarked Tayoub.
