Hamas says it rejects any tactics by Israel that contradict the ceasefire agreement

“The daily advance of the occupation army beyond the yellow line towards the west, the mass displacement of our people, and ongoing airstrikes and shelling in the eastern Gaza Strip together constitute a flagrant violation.”

This is according to the Palestinian resistance group Hamas. The statement comes after Israel escalates attacks, which Hamas stated “undermines the ceasefire in Gaza.”

“Systematic violations of the agreement have caused the martyrdom of hundreds through airstrikes and ongoing killings on fabricated pretexts. These actions have also shifted the occupation army’s withdrawal lines, in violation of the mutually agreed-upon maps,” reiterated Hamas.

The resistance further affirmed their rejection of any tactics used by Israel that contradict the conditions in the ceasefire agreement.

“We call on the mediators to intervene urgently and pressure for an immediate halt to these violations. We also demand that the U.S. administration fulfill its commitments and compel the occupation to implement its obligations, counter its attempts to undermine the ceasefire path in Gaza,” added Hamas.
