Hamas claims that the Israeli forces are using starvation as a tactic in the ongoing offensive in Gaza

“The massacre committed by the terrorist occupation army against starving civilians at an aid distribution point near the ‘Zikim’ area, the northern Gaza Strip—which left over 60 martyrs and dozens wounded—represents a further escalation in the brutal genocide, along with the deliberate use of aid and starvation for luring civilians to kill and abuse them.”

This is according to the Palestinian resistance group Hamas, which alleges that Israeli forces are using starvation as a tactic in the ongoing offensive in Gaza.

Hamas has called for immediate global action to address what it describes as a humanitarian catastrophe, worsened by the occupation government led by “war criminal Netanyahu.”

“How can the world remain silent while over 70 children have died from malnutrition, and the majority of Gaza’s population faces mass death due to the siege and declared starvation policy that has continued for 140 days?” they challenged.

The group also called on the U.S. administration to take responsibility and demanded an urgent international investigation into what it described as the questionable U.S.-Israeli aid distribution mechanism—claiming it has become a tool for the systematic killing of civilians.

“We urge the United Nations (UN) and humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately to stop this catastrophe and to open the Rafah crossing for unrestricted aid entry, free from occupation control,” reiterated the resistance.
