Dockworkers at the Italian port of Genoa refused to load weapons onto a Saudi vessel

Iranian news publication Press TV has reported that dockworkers at the Italian port of Genoa refused to load weapons onto a Saudi vessel on Friday.

Initial reports suggested that the vessel was thought to be delivering weapons to Israel. In response, the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has “categorically denied” any involvement in transporting weapons to Israel, according to the Middle East Monitor.

Speaking to VOC News, Press TV journalist Alireza Kamandi provided updates on the situation.
