Cape Town condemns hijacking of its Bingo anti-litter campaign vehicle in Gugulethu
The City of Cape Town has condemned the incident in which Bingo, their anti-litter mascot vehicle, and the team driver in Gugulethu were ambushed and hijacked on Thursday.
