President Jacob Zuma will today deliver his final State of the Nation Addressas the leader of the African National Congress, although his term as the country’s president expires only in 2019. The ANC is expecting 10,000 people to attend its People’s Assembly on Cape Town’s Grand Parade. Parliament’s presiding officers have made it clear that any attempts to disrupt Zuma’s address tonight will be dealt with.
