Parents of drowned three year old to identify body

The parents of a three-year-old girl who drowned during flash floods in Alexandra two weeks ago will go to a government mortuary on Wednesday to identify the body. Turkey issues arrest warrant for Syrian Kurdish leader

Turkey has issued arrest warrants for 48 Kurdish fighters, including the leader of a US-backed Syrian Kurdish group that is a key military force against ISIL.
