LOCAL The Western Cape MEC for Agriculture, Ivan Meyer, has welcomed the decision to expand Pelican Park High School in Cape Town's curriculum to include agricultural subjects such as agricultural management science. Meyer says he has been advocating for an agricultural focus at existing schools in the Western Cape. He says the school is ideally located near the breadbasket of the Metro.
