Fire ravaged VP community begin to rebuild their lives

With holiday celebrations in full swing, some 600 Valhalla Park residents have been left destitute. This after a fire ravaged more than 100 informal structures in Sevende Laan. Displaced residents are now left with the task of rebuilding their lives. Valhalla Park residents hail Cameron Wilson life sentence

The Bishop Lavis Community Police Forum (CPF) says residents in Valhalla Park are relieved that convicted murderer Cameron Wilson will spend the rest of his life behind bars. 3 children killed in Valhalla Park fire

A Valhalla Park family has lost three of their children in a devastating fire that broke out in a wendy house in Hazel Street on Friday morning. Two boys and one girl, aged 13, 6 and 3, were burnt to death when the fire engulfed their home, shortly before suhoor.
