Elderly beneficiaries receive their Title Deeds

On Friday 11 November 2022, the Provincial Minister of Infrastructure Tertuis Simmers, gifted the elderly members of Nkqubela housing project with early festive season gifts. Protests as Heideveld resident receive title deeds

About 100 property owners from the Heideveld housing development received their title deeds from the City of Cape Town’s Transport and Urban Development Authority on Thursday.
