Court to rule on terror suspects bid

The Johannesburg Magistrate's Court will on Wednesday morning deliver a ruling on whether or not the case against terror suspects Brandon-Lee and Tony-Lee Thulsie, will be struck off the roll. The twins were arrested in July during raids in Newclare just outside Johannesburg. They face three counts of contravening the Protection of Constitutional Democracy Against Terrorist and Related Activities Act.
