Man accused of killing six people in the Western Cape remains in custody following court appearance

A suspect arrested in connection with a mass shooting in Enkanini, on the Cape Flats in the Western Cape, has briefly appeared in the Khayelitsha Magistrate’s Court. 35-year-old Thando Shuba faces charges relating to the shooting of two women and four men in the informal settlement. Two teenagers shot dead in Mitchells Plain

A 13-year-old boy has been gunned down and three other youth wounded during a drive-by shooting at Beacon Valley in Mitchells Plain in Cape Town. Police say that an 18-years-old was also shot dead in a seperate incident. Police say the occupants of a white vehicle opened fire on one of the victims.
