Ahmed Kathrada passes away
One of last three remaining Rivonia Trialists, anti-apartheid stalwart Ahmed Kathrada (87) died on Tuesday morning, at the Donald Gordon Hospital in Johannesburg. Kathrada passed away peacefully after a short period of illness, following surgery to the brain.
