Vuyiso Tyhalisisu elected ANC Western Cape chairperson

Vuyiso Tyhalisisu has been elected Provincial Chairperson of the ANC in the Western Cape at the party’s 9th Provincial Conference in Cape Town. He secured 311 votes.
