Dozens of flights cancelled at Manila airport after power outage

Dozens of flights have been cancelled at the Philippines’s biggest international airport following an unexplained power outage. At least 36 bodies have been recovered from a casino and hotel complex in the Philippine capital, Manila, where a lone gunman opened fire overnight.
