Ex-magistrate killed in apparent hijacking in Cape Town

A former Mitchells Plain magistrate, who was sentenced in 2004 for shooting a motorist to death, was shot dead himself in an apparent hijacking this week. Two people have been arrested in connection with the abduction of Anisa Ahmed Abdule Mohamud. The four-year-old was abducted last week Wednesday by “known friends”. She was last seen in Van Riebeeck Road, in Kuils River. 2 men accused of murdering Kuils River mother back in court

Two men accused of murdering Kuils River mother Zarah Hector are expected back in the Blue Downs Magistrate's Court on Friday. In February the court heard that the case could not proceed as the State was still awaiting DNA evidence.
