Electricity Minister Apologises for Loadshedding Return

Electricity and Energy Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa has apologised for the unexpected return of loadshedding on Tuesday, 13 May, but said he remains confident that South Africa can still experience loadshedding-free winter.
