UWC suspends face-to-face classes for 2016
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) has decided to suspend all face-to-face classes for the rest of the academic year, in the light of on-going campus violence. Violent protests erupted on Wednesday after management did not attend a mass meeting called by the students. Extensive damage was caused to university property.
