Bromwell residents future still undecided

Bromwell Street residents yesterday gathered before the Western Cape High Court to hear the outcomes of an application they filed last year, regarding the emergency accommodation of the 27 people due to be evicted from the Woodstock houses. Bromwell residents refuse eviction to ‘the bush’

Bromwell Street residents, who are facing eviction from their Woodstock homes, have requested a postponement in the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday. Judge Leslie Weinkove approved the postponement application, stating that the case will reappear in the High Court on the 30 January 2017.
