All six men found dead near a farm near Kraaifontein, Cape Town, have been identified, Western Cape police said on Sunday.
Captain Frederick van Wyk however said the names would not be made public yet.
Police suspected that the six, aged between 18 and 30, had been stoned to death. They were discovered lying face down with their hands tied behind their backs, by passers-by in Joostenberg Vlakte around 10am on Tuesday.
No arrests had been made. SAPA
